Comment2Chat is a Muse connector. Muse (Meta’s personal AI agent at https://muse.ai) calls our public HTTPS GET API. That connection does not use an API key, OAuth, or a user login. We do not ask Muse reviewers for MFA, SMS, or email codes.

GET responses contain funnel settings, Reel ids, keyword match flags, and numeric stats. They do not include access tokens, card numbers, WhatsApp Cloud API secrets, debug dumps, or undisclosed user fields. Comment listings return Instagram handle and comment text only — not emails or phone numbers.

If you stand up a keyword on a Reel you own, we store the keyword, magnet URL, and delivery events needed to private-reply to people who commented that word and, if you enabled WhatsApp, to send the file on WhatsApp Business Cloud API. We do not buy data, sell lists, or run ads from connector traffic. We do not cold-message anyone who did not comment the keyword or write in.

Instagram Graph and WhatsApp Cloud API tokens, if you paste them at https://comment2chat.grok.me/live, stay on this instance so the operator can send. They are not returned to Muse. Stripe Payment Links are supplied by the creator. Checkout happens on Stripe. Comment2Chat does not see card numbers.
